My car started shaking at stoplights, and I brought it to this auto repair shop mostly expecting a hassle. The team kept me posted with one clear call before doing any work, which I appreciated because I was stuck at my office. The final bill felt fair for the amount of work involved, and the car was steady on the drive home instead of hesitating at every light. That quiet ride back was the moment I felt relieved they had actually solved it.
